I’m Lauren, a licensed therapist in Atlanta specializing in walking with women through the tender seasons of life—like new motherhood, loss, identity shifts, and the quiet ache of not feeling like yourself.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply grounded. I’m not here to fix you—I’m here to support your growth, help you understand your story, and walk beside you as you uncover what healing looks like for you.
The name came from the image of wildflowers—strong, beautiful, and able to bloom in the most unexpected places. Roots remind us that we come from somewhere: our family, our past, our lived experiences. At Wildflower Root Therapy, we look both inward and backward to better understand the present—and make space for resilient, grounded growth.
I'm a therapist, yes—but I’m also a mom, a partner, and someone who understands what it’s like to feel overwhelmed or unsure.
I care deeply about creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported.
When I’m not in session, you can find me outside with my family, perfecting the coffee-to-milk ratio in my mug, or listening to a podcast about decluttering or the complexity of being human.
